At Jaded, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds will only be issued if we have sent you a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the defect or issue.
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.
We are not responsible for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, shipping delays caused by carriers, or normal wear and tear.
